Peroxidase-conjugated Streptavidin. Steptavidin, a bacterial protein isolated from Streptomyces avidinii, is similar to egg-white avidin in its ability to bind biotin, and has been used as a replacement for egg-white avidin because of its more favorable chemical properties. Conjugates of streptavidin are recommended for use with Biotin-SP-conjugated antibodies and Biotin-SP-conjugated ChromPure proteins.

注意事项
1. Confirm that glycerol is ACS grade or better before adding to this product. Lower grades of glycerol may seriously inhibit peroxidase enzyme activity.
2. Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

保存方式
Store freeze-dried solid at 2-8°C for one year.
Store undiluted liquid (no less than 1mg/mL) at 2-8°C for 6 weeks. Aliquot and freeze at -70°C or below for one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Alternatively, add an equal volume of glycerol (ACS grade or better) for a final concentration of 50%, and store at -20°C as a liquid.
