KPL SureBlue TMB Microwell Substrate develops a deep blue color in the presence of peroxidase-labeled conjugates measurable at 650 nm and turns yellow when stopped by acidification and read at 450 nm. Recommended for ELISA and blotting applications with addition of membrane enhancer.

Single-component, ready-to-use format of 3,3', 5, 5' - tetramethylbenzidine exhibits exceptional stability and lot-to-lot consistency. No reagent preparation required, very convenient.

KPL SureBlue TMB 微孔底物在过氧化物酶标记的偶联物存在下形成深蓝色，可在 650 nm 处测量，当酸化停止并在 450 nm 处读取时变黄。推荐用于 ELISA 和印迹应用，并添加膜增强剂。

3,3'、5， 5' - 四甲基联苯胺的单组分即用型形式具有出色的稳定性和批次间一致性。无需试剂制备，非常方便。
