应用实例

图片为成年小鼠肺组织，用6%正常山羊血清预包埋，并用抗大鼠TTF-1兔血清（1:2000稀释）染色。通过DAB（黑色）观察TTF-1，并用核快红（粉红色）复染。放大倍数10倍。
