QuickTiter™ MuLV Core Antigen ELISA Kit

产品描述：

将一种抗mulv p30单克隆包衣抗体吸附在微量滴定板上。样品或标准品中存在的mulv核心抗原（p30）与吸附在板上的抗体结合；添加抗mulv p30多克隆抗体并与第一抗体捕获的抗原结合。在孵育和洗涤步骤后，添加一种HRP结合的二级抗体并结合到抗mulv p30多克隆。在洗涤过程中去除未结合的HRP结合的二级抗体，并将与HRP反应的底物溶液加入到井中。有色产物的形成与样品中存在的mulv核心抗原的量成比例。通过添加酸终止反应，并在450 nm处测量吸光度。用重组mulv p30核心抗原制备标准曲线，测定样品浓度。
