Product Description and Features: Our Viral Direct Buffer A and B are formulated to release viral DNA or RNA from viral particles and maintain the integrity of released DNA or RNA without a degradation issue. In addition, our formulated buffers allow direct PCR or RT-PCR without a need of nucleic acid purification. Our solution-based application for direct viral testing has many advantages over SiO2 filter or magnetic bead based nucleic acid purification: fast, low cost, no loss of DNA or RNA and low variability during solid/liquid phase transition from traditional purification. |
