下表列出了Biacore 1000–3000、X、X100、Q和C仪器的无涂层、2D和水凝胶涂层传感器芯片。芯片可随时使用,即安装在塑料盒里,单独包装并密封在铝袋中。非蛋白质涂层的典型保质期为2年。蛋白质衍生芯片应在购买后1年内使用。建议长期储存温度为-20°C;在较短的时间内,可耐受室温。
或者,所有芯片都可以作为裸9 x 9 x 0.3 mm玻璃模具提供,带有单独的墨盒,以便以后组装。

水凝胶3D表面
3D固定化基质允许配体多层固定化用于信号放大。
代码“x"或“xx"表示不同的可用水凝胶厚度和/或孔隙率。在葡聚糖基水凝胶的情况下,4种不同厚度(50、200、500和700 nm)可与3种链密度(低、中、密)结合。例如,完整的产品代码将是SCB CMD200M,它代表传感器芯片双核羧甲基葡聚糖200 nm,中密度水凝胶。
C、HC和HLC系列的水凝胶涂层基于线性聚羧酸盐。与微支化右旋糖酐相比,这些右旋糖酐定义更好,显示出更高的信噪比和更好的扩散特性(更好的曲线拟合)。C型具有非常高的化学稳定性,HC尤其是HLC聚羧酸盐具有较低的电荷密度,并且显示出降低的非特异性相互作用水平。ZC型是具有正净电荷的两性离子聚羧酸盐,用于固定具有低pI的配体。
