immaginabiotech新品RiboLace XL上市啦

immaginabiotech刚刚推出了RiboLace XL系统，这是我们RiboLace模块1的扩展版本。该新试剂盒旨在满足与降低活性核糖体输入量相关的客户需求。与RiboLace模块1一样，RiboLace模块XL包含更多的RiboLace智能探针和磁珠，以便客户可以从同一样品中提取更多活性核糖体

好处：- 对于给定数量的细胞，客户可以通过使用更大量的细胞裂解物来拉低3倍以上的RPF- 无需多次下拉- RPF作为LACEseq或替代小型RNA文库制备系统的输入的更高产量。- 适用于翻译活性较低的样品，如培养物中的原代细胞、少量的组织样品或翻译部分被抑制的细胞

产品描述


RiboLace XL 包含通过亲和纯化和磁分离分离活性核糖体的所有试剂。与标准 RiboLace（货号 RL001_Mod1）相比，由于额外的珠子、对照和探针，该产品建议用于包括具有挑战性的样品的实验设计，例如具有低平移速率的样品。

该试剂盒与 PAGExt RPF 凝胶提取试剂盒（货号 #KGE-002）和 LACEseq RiboSeq 文库制备试剂盒（LACEseq 货号 #LS-001）兼容，适用于真核细胞系和组织
