2'-O-Me sensitive RT-KTQ DNA Polymerase Mutant

2'-O-Me 敏感的 RT-KTQ DNA 聚合酶突变体

对分析 DNA 或 RNA 修饰感兴趣？然后，这种 DNA 聚合酶可以简化您对此类修饰的位点特异性分析。对 2'-O-Me 敏感的 DNA 聚合酶进行了工程改造，可催化 DNA 和 RNA 的 DNA 合成，并通过实时 PCR 定量从 RNA 位点特异性地核苷酸的2'-O -甲基化。

2'-O-Me 敏感 DNA 聚合酶以含有甘油的 5 µM 溶液形式提供，并与 10x 反应缓冲液一起提供。

当添加合适的染料时，该酶还可用于实时循环，例如 GreenDye (#2000)
