客户问：

关于c-fos抗体有两个问题：

首先，您是否更新了产品？包装瓶和说明书与我们购买的产品不同以前。新说明书上写的是100μl特异性抗体（冻干），复原时加100μl H2O，旧说明书上说是50μg特异性抗体（冻干），复原时加入50μl H2O，得到1mg/ml PBS溶液。

第二，我是否应该像新的使用说明书一样，溶解反主体？加入100μl水溶解抗体可以吗？

该产品是一种多克隆抗体，新批次的生产非常具有挑战性。为了保证我们的客户有稳定的质量，我们决定将抗体的形式从μg改为μl。这样我们就可以小心地调整产品，以避免大批量的变化。客户现在得到的产品总是在相同的稀释范围内工作。事实上，客户从一个小瓶中得到的染色/化验数量甚至比之前的批次增加了一倍。

thank you for your question. As you may have already noticed #226003 is one of our best selling products and the demand is still increasing.
This product is a polyclonal antibody and the production of new batches is very challenging. To guarantuee a constant quality for our customers we decided to change from a μg to a μl format of the antibody. This way we can adjust the product carefully to avoid huge batch to batch variations. The customer now gets a product that always works in the same dilution range. In fact the amont of stainings / assays the customer gets out of one vial hase even been doubled compared to the batch before.
