Flow cytometric analysis of CD152 expression on stimulated human peripheral mononuclear cells. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stimulated with concanavalin A for 3 days, then stained with either Biotin Mouse IgG2a, κ Isotype Control (Cat. No. 555572; dashed line histogram) or Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD152 (Cat. No. 555852; solid line histogram), followed by PE Streptavidin (Cat. No. 554061). The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable activated cells. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan™ system.
