Sandia Biotech’s split GFP and super-folder GFP systems can be used to quantify protein expression.  The split GFP products allow for a protein of interest to be generated with a small tag that does not interfere with protein conformation or function. The tagged protein can be detected and quantified with a probe that only fluoresces when bound to the tag.  For protein detection and quantitation in harsh conditions, the super-folder product will tag a  protein of interest and remain fluorescent in extreme temperatures and pH ranges.
