Immunohistochemical staining of CD8+ T lymphocytes. Frozen sections of normal mouse spleen were stained with 53-6.7 antibody specific for mouse CD8a. The BD Pharmingen™ Anti-Rat Ig HRP Detection Kit (Cat.No. 551013) was used to develop the signal. CD8+ T lymphocytes can be identified by the intense brown labeling of their cell-surface membranes. Magnification 20×.
