HRP Goat Anti-Mouse Ig is a polyclonal secondary antibody used for the detection of mouse Ig. This antibody is tested by ELISA. Investigators are highly encouraged to titrate the reagent for specific applications (a 1:1000 dilution is the suggested starting dilution). For immunohistochemical staining, biotin goat anti-mouse Ig (Cat. No. 550337) is recommended.
Warning:
HRP Goat Anti-Mouse Ig (Cat. No. 554002) contains 0.004% (w/w) of a CMIT/MIT mixture (3:1), which is a mixture of: 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one [EC No 247-500-7] and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one [EC No 220-239-6] (3:1).
