Polyclonal HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG is a peroxidase conjugated reagent inteded for use with Rabbit IgG antibodies in the ELISA or western blot applications. HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG is reported to have minimal crossreactivity with human, mouse or rat serum proteins. Investigators are highly encouraged to titrate the reagent for specific applications, with a 1:1000 dilution as a suggested starting dilution. For immunohistochemical staining applications, alternate product Biotin Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Cat. No. 550338) is recommended.
Warning:
HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Cat# 554021) contains 0.004% (w/w) of a CMIT/MIT mixture (3:1), which is a mixture of: 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one [EC No 247-500-7] and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one [EC No 220-239-6] (3:1).
