CD36 antibody induces degranulation, release of ATP and serotonin, increase in [Ca2+]ι, and tyrosine phosphorylation of a substrate protein of 130 kDa.
This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
