Flow cytometric profile of CD134 expression on PHA-stimulated peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stimulated with PHA and incubated with recombinant OX40 ligand (R&D Systems, Cat. No. 1054-ox), then stained with either PE Mouse Anti-Human CD134 (Cat. No. 555838, solid line histogram) or PE Mouse IgG1, κ Isotype Control (Cat. No. 555749, dashed line histogram). The fluorescence histograms depicting CD134 (or Ig isotype control) expression were derived from gated events with the side and light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan™.
